In a small, but prestigious residential development in the United Arab Emirates, Amar acted as technical consultant supporting the early design and validation phases of a 44 units contract project.
The initial scope focused on the development of kitchen and wardrobe layouts for the master bedrooms, conceived as reference solutions for the entire project. These layouts were fully designed, engineered and subsequently installed within the sales center, serving as a physical benchmark to support the commercial and decision-making process.
Building on this phase, Amar developed all six FF&E typologies included in the project, ensuring consistency across unit types while adapting layouts and specifications to different apartment configurations. A key aspect of the consultancy involved identifying and coordinating multiple potential suppliers, allowing the developer to evaluate different price ranges while maintaining a consistent Made in Italy standard in terms of quality, materials and production know-how.
This structured approach enabled value engineering without compromising design intent, providing the client with flexible procurement scenarios aligned with market positioning and budget strategy.
The executive phase of the project is scheduled for 2027 and will include the supply and installation of all kitchen and wardrobe units across the development, based on the validated solutions developed during the consultancy phase.
