Set within the exceptional natural setting of Turtle Cay Bay in the Bahamas, this private mansion was conceived as a high-end residential project deeply connected to its location and cultural context.

Amar was responsible for the full FF&E concept design, with particular focus on the development of a colonial-inspired kitchen, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The design approach balanced traditional references with modern functionality, ensuring the kitchen met current performance standards while preserving a refined and timeless character.

Beyond the kitchen, Amar managed the procurement of all kitchen systems throughout the property as well as the complete loose furniture package. Furniture selection played a central role in defining the atmosphere of the residence, contributing to a cohesive interior language across living, dining and relaxation areas.

Operating in a geographically remote context, procurement required careful coordination of suppliers, materials and logistics to ensure quality consistency, delivery reliability and alignment with the project’s aesthetic vision.

The result is a private residence where architectural context, interior identity and procurement strategy converge to create an elegant and authentic Caribbean living experience.
